Payment

Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable unless A.E. cancels due to rare emergencies. Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 6 hours but may take up to 7+ business days.
Cancellations: 48+ hours’ notice: Deposit forfeited. Less than 48 hours: Full fee charged. No-call/no-show: Full balance + $2,000 required before rebooking.
Rescheduling: Full balance due immediately. Fees up to $1,000 ($2,000 for exclusives) may apply. Credits must be used within 12 months.
Tardiness: 15-minute grace period if no prior commitments. Late arrivals beyond this may require rescheduling.
Deposit: 50% for standard bookings. 75% for exclusive travel. 100% for clients with past rescheduling issues, ghosting, or special rates.
